Will my order come in one package?
Possibly not. Items may ship separately from different supplier locations at no extra cost.

Do you accept returns on beauty/personal-care items?
For hygiene reasons, opened/used items are not returnable. We’ll replace or refund if items arrive damaged/defective or incorrect.

How long do refunds take?
Typically 5–7 business days after we receive supplier confirmation or the returned item (if required).

Can I change my address after ordering?
Yes, if fulfillment hasn’t started. Contact us within 2 hours of purchase.
